Northwest Choreographers Concerts

One program (12 or 16-pages) serves the entire concert series (3-4 dates). Press run is 400 - 600 programs. 400 to 600 dance enthusiasts see your advertisement.

Submission deadline is APRIL 1 for this year's April 8, 9, 10 Blue Sky Series. Below are listed advertising specifications and pricing schedule.

        Full Page:     (W=6.5" x H=8")............................................ $90
        Half Page:     (W=6.5" x H=4")........................................... $60
        Quarter page:     (W=3" x H=4")........................................ $35
        Eighth page (business card):      (3.5"x2") or (2'x3.5")...... $20


When submitting advertising documents, please include a note indicating

         1) exactly what size ad you are purchasing
         2) technical contact person with phone number and email address
         3) the address where you would prefer the invoice be sent
             Advertising is invoiced net 30, due 30 days after the performances.

File / Copy Specifications:

Digital files, acceptable formats:
         1) PDF (set distiller to low graphics compression, 300 dpi)
         2) TIFF (300 - 600 dpi)
         3) JPEG (high resolution, not "saved for web")
note: please remember to create, process and save your ad from beginning to end at a high resolution (300+dpi) at exactly the dimensions you want. Please (NO EPS files! font issues are too frequent) -- Convert EPS files to 600+dpi TIFF, 300+dpi PDF or 300+dpi JPEG

Files (over 10 MB) please send on CDR

Hard Copy, acceptable format:
High resolution print out (over 300 DPI, grayscale or color)


If your submission is problematic and requires some special attention, you will receive a call about it.

Special Attention: If your advertisement needs special attention, i.e. scanning & formatting, reformatting, layout adjustment, typesetting, etc., our layout person can do it for you at the studio rate of $35/hr., including up to 15-min. free consultation.
